What We Believe 

We are a Jesus-centered, Bible-grounded, gospel-shaped church. We believe God is good, His Word is true, and salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. The gospel is the good news that Jesus came to save sinners, restore us to God, and make us new. Because of Him, we live by faith, grow as disciples, walk in holiness, and join His mission in the world.

 

The Trinity

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is holy, loving, faithful, all-powerful, all-knowing, and present everywhere. He is the Creator and Ruler of all things, the source of life, truth, goodness, and salvation.

 

Jesus Is Lord

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose physically from the dead, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return again as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

 

Scripture Is Our Foundation

We believe the Bible is God’s Word, written by human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is true, trustworthy, authoritative, and sufficient for Christian belief, life, and practice. Scripture is our foundation for knowing God, following Jesus, and living faithfully.

 

Salvation Is by Grace

We believe every person is created in the image of God, yet all have sinned and need salvation. Salvation is God’s gift, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not earned by our own works. Through Jesus, we are forgiven, made new, adopted into God’s family, and given eternal life. God desires all people to be saved and calls everyone to respond to Him in faith.

 

God Is Present With Us

We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and present with His people. He convicts the world of sin, points people to Jesus, gives understanding of spiritual truth, forms us into the image of Christ, and empowers believers to live faithfully. He gives spiritual gifts to believers, equipping each person to serve others and contribute to the life and mission of the church.

 

We Are Being Made New

We believe following Jesus is a lifelong journey of transformation. By God’s grace, the Holy Spirit forms us in holiness, love, humility, repentance, obedience, and maturity. We do not grow to earn salvation; we grow because we have been saved by grace.

 

The Church Is a Family on Mission

We believe the church is more than a service. It is a people called to worship God, love one another, make disciples, serve our city, and carry the hope of Jesus into the world.

 

Our Way of Life

We want to be a church marked by the presence of God, the truth of Scripture, the love of Jesus, and a deep commitment to discipleship. Our desire is to help people know Jesus, grow in Christ, and live on mission.
