theCHURCH is a Jesus-centered, Bible-grounded church in Bend, Oregon. We exist to make it easier for people to know Jesus and to lead them into a growing relationship with Him.
We believe God is building a church family marked by His presence, shaped by Scripture, and committed to raising up strong disciples who live out their faith in everyday life.
Our Mission
Making it easier for people to know Jesus is more than a slogan for us. It shapes how we worship, teach, build community, disciple people, and serve our city.
We want people to encounter the love, truth, presence, and power of Jesus—and then grow into mature disciples who carry His life into their homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, and beyond.

Lead Pastor of theCHURCH
Nick serves as the Lead Pastor of theCHURCH. Born and raised in Central Oregon, he has a heart to help people know Jesus, grow in Scripture, and live as real disciples in everyday life. Nick and his wife, Chelsea, love building a church family where people can encounter the grace of God, find restoration, and be led into a growing relationship with Him.
Our Heart for Bend
Nick and Chelsea have a deep love for Bend and a desire to see people come to truly know Jesus. Together, they are passionate about building a church family marked by Scripture, discipleship, restoration, and real community. Their heart is to help people encounter the grace of God and be led into a growing relationship with Him.
